The Komen Arkansas Race for the Cure fitness program kicks off Tuesday night to help participants in the race get ready to walk or run. The six week program starts Tuesday, September 7, at War Memorial.  It will take place every Tuesday and Thursday night from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. 

There will be a $10 participant fee this year to offset the cost Komen pays for the lights at the stadium.  All fitness levels are welcome.  To sign up, register for the Race at komenarkansas.org and then sign up for the training clinic.

 New this year, if you are unable to make it to War Memorial, you can sign up for free virtual training.  Participants will receive an email from Komen with that day’s training plan.
